Hi, I'm Rachel - founder of Bee Connected HR.

I've spent 18 years in HR across the public and private sectors, working with a wide range of companies and business owners from start-ups to large corporations helping them with their people. ​​

 

I set up Bee Connected HR because I wanted to do HR differently: no jargon, no chatbots, no faceless call centres. Just me, getting to know your business (the human way) and understanding your people and needs properly.

I believe that businesses thrive when their people are genuinely connected. Not just managed, not just processed through policies, but properly connected to each other and to the culture they're building.

Hi, I'm Emily. I love being the person businesses can rely on for extra support behind the scenes, whether that's day to day organisation, document creation, support on specific projects or simply being an extra pair of hands when things get busy.

I take the time to understand how a business works and what support is actually needed. I'm naturally organised, friendly and approachable, and I enjoy finding ways to make things a little easier and more efficient.

With a wealth of experience supporting businesses, I really enjoy the variety that comes with working behind the scenes and being someone that others can rely on.
