After more than 17 years as a senior HR professional across both private and public sectors, I created Bee Connected HR to do what I love most - working directly with business owners and leaders to make HR simple, human, and effective.

I’ve held HR Business Partner and senior HR roles in both operational and strategic environments, working closely with business owners, senior leaders, and frontline teams. My approach is always personal, practical, and grounded in real experience - not call-centre scripts or copied templates.
